2. I love to see the pretty colors of the leaves - the red, yellow, and orange.
3. I LOVE dressing and turkey gravy.
4. I love fall decorations - beginning with Halloween and moving on the turkeys and pilgrims.
5. I love Thanksgiving -- a time where family gathers together around the table and eats great food together AND there are no presents to buy.
6. I like taking the time to truly be thankful for all sorts of things in my life.
7. I love pumpkin and since I don't eat sweets anymore, I have been making Kodiak protein waffles with the addition of pumpkin!
8. I love the long weekend -days off - for Thanksgiving.
9. We live in Alabama and we are Auburn fans -- November is a great time for SEC football.
10. I like cooler nights and still warm days!
11. Bonus -- our son, daughter, and daughter-in-law all have November birthdays -- celebrations are always fun!!
Oh, I totally forgot about walking in the leaves! That is one of my favorite childhood memories...walking through the woods and crunching through mounds of leaves! I love dressing, too, and my mom's turkey gravy! She was such a good cook...alas and alack, I am not! Thanks so much for playing along and linking up!

I love walking in the leaves too - as long as they're crunchy and not wet. Lots of wonderful things on your list. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I love all the fall decorating too. Hope you have a wonderful November!
