Welcome to Sunday Stealing. Here we will steal all types of
questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we
will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. Cheers
to all of us thieves!
At The Zeus
Excuse, participating bloggers were assigned a letter and asked to list
things they love beginning with that letter. Since at Sunday Stealing we love
Sunday Stealing, here is –
Things I Love Beginning with S
1. Smiling, smiles
2. Sunshine - glorious sunshine
3. Sand - especially the white sand on our Alabama gulfcoast!
4. Sanctuary - yes, specifically "our" sanctuary where we attend church. I've been known to slip in on a weekday and just sit quietly in a pew or kneel at the altar rail.
5. Songbirds - I love how they sing early in the morning as spring approaches!
6. Sunday Stealing, of course!
7. There are so many others - I thought about listing sex as one of my five just to see what response I would get hahahaha! I love sincerity - please be real and honest, but also kind! I love Sunday School - yes, even at 67 years old! I love the good Shepherd - he loves me, leads me, and guides me. I love scholarships - they are helping me pay for a college education! I can't wait to read what everyone else loves!
Thank you for playing! Please come back next week.
Smiles is a great one! Loved your answers! Have a nice day.

I said songbirds, too. They can cheer up a day.
ReplyDeleteI love your mischievous streak! Anyone who says they don't like sex is lying.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of sanctuary. Recently, we had a list of 10 things, and I said for #10, "Something else"; that something else was sex. So you're bolder than I was!
ReplyDeleteSunshine is good - we do get it here in Manchester but it does rain a lot, sadly.

This one has been fun reading. Many chose the same things starting with S. Sunshine, especially. Have a blessed week ahead!
ReplyDeleteFun exercise, Lisa. Two thumbs up for your answer, "Smiles"!
ReplyDeleteDitto to all of your S loves. Sunshine and smiles, especially. Our church is some distance from our house so slipping in there for a quiet moment wouldn't be easy. But I like that idea so much. I often slip into the chapels at the airports when I am traveling and the chapels at hospitals when someone is hospitalized. It's like putting on armor to face the world.
