And there are so many different var...I love apples! And there are so many different varieties!!! Of course, being Alice, I especially like the Lady Alice variety of apple. When one does start to age, I like to cut it up and put it in my rice cooker with a bit of water (they are very juicy), cinnamon, walnuts, dried cranberries, and a long drizzle of honey.
